Abstract
Bu bölüm, örgütlerde grup dinamiklerini ve süreçlerini anlamaya yönelik kapsamlı bir perspektif sunmaktadır. Grup dinamikleri, bireylerin grup içinde nasıl etkileşim kurduğunu, karar alma süreçlerinin işleyişini ve çatışma yönetimi gibi önemli süreçlerin nasıl şekillendiğini incelemektedir. Bu doğrultuda, grupların oluşumu ve gelişim süreçleri, rollerin belirlenmesi, grup içi ve gruplar arası iletişim, karar verme mekanizmaları ile grup performansı ve verimlilik gibi temel konular ayrıntılı bir şekilde ele alınmaktadır. Bunun yanı sıra, örgüt ortamında grupların etkin çalışmasını engelleyebilecek unsurlar, örneğin grup içi çatışmalar ve grup düşüncesi gibi dinamikler detaylı bir şekilde incelenmektedir. Bölüm, grup dinamiklerini anlamanın, ekip çalışmasını geliştirmek ve örgütsel hedeflere ulaşmada sürdürülebilir bir başarı elde etmek için taşıdığı önemi vurgulamaktadır.
