Abstract

Göç alan toplumlarda kültürel çeşitliliğin küreselleşme ve küyerelleşme süreçleri bağlamında nasıl şekillendiğini incelemektedir. Küreselleşme, ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel etkileşimleri artırırken, yerel kültürlerin korunması ve geliştirilmesi ihtiyacını da beraberinde getirmektedir. Küyerelleşme kavramı, küresel ve yerel kültürlerin karşılıklı etkileşimini ifade ederek kültürel çeşitliliğin sürdürülebilirliğine katkı sağlamaktadır. Çalışmada, UNESCO ve Avrupa Birliği gibi uluslararası kuruluşların kültürel çeşitliliği koruma ve geliştirme yönündeki politikaları ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca, kamu yönetimi ve Yeni Kamu Yönetimi (YKY) yaklaşımlarının kültürel çeşitlilikle ilişkisi tartışılmıştır. YKY’nin yönetişim, katılımcılık ve şeffaflık ilkeleri, farklı kültürel grupların kamu hizmetlerine eşit erişimini desteklemektedir. Sonuç olarak, kültürel çeşitliliğin korunması ve geliştirilmesi, yalnızca kültürel zenginliği artırmakla kalmayıp, aynı zamanda sosyal uyum ve demokratik meşruiyetin güçlendirilmesine de katkıda bulunmaktadır.
