has written an article about the District Court of Southern Alberta now included in the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta; and so I have decided to exclude from my field the former District Courts of Alberta.It is therefore limited to the predecessors of the Court of Appeal of Alberta and the Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta, namely the Appellate Division and the Trial Division of the Supreme Court of Alberta
