Conduction system pacing (CSP), particularly left bundle branch area pacing, has become a significant method for enhancing synchrony and left ventricular function. It aims to prevent or reverse pacing-induced cardiomyopathy. Randomized trials are currently in progress to compare CSP with resynchronization therapy (CRT) and right ventricular pacing.1
