La littérature autochtone produite au Québec se retrouve à différents niveaux du panorama littéraire français : à l’occasion de festivals consacrés à la littérature d’Amérique du Nord ou du monde entier, à travers différents prix littéraires ou, encore, à travers des collections éditoriales lui étant dédiées (« Voix autochtones », aux éditions du Seuil, lancée en 2023, « Talismans », aux éditions Dépaysage, lancée en 2019). Qu’en est-il du travail de ces acteurs français du livre ? Quel paysage littéraire autochtone québécois peut-il se construire dans le contexte littéraire mondial ? Cet article documente tant le travail de ces acteurs que le regard qu’ils portent sur les ouvrages de littérature autochtone publiés en France, et suit ainsi leur parcours international conditionné par une fabrique du livre établie en dehors de son espace de production.
