Abstract
Dans cet article, nous abordons le concept de temps dans les problèmes de mouvement en mathématiques.Nous étudions la manière dont de futurs enseignants et futures enseignantes essaient de donner un sens aux procédures de résolution de problèmes issu de manuscrits mathématiques des XIII e et XIV e siècles où le temps apparait encore comme entité non quantifiable.Dans une perspective d'archéologie conceptuelle vygotskienne, nous nous intéressons à la reconnaissance que font les futures enseignantes et futurs enseignants des traits conceptuels fondamentaux qui sous-tendent le temps dans ces problèmes historiques et aux possibles mises en correspondance qu'ils établissent avec le concept moderne de temps, correspondance qui pourrait aider à enrichir la compréhension mathématiquescientifique du temps.MOTS-CLÉS -Vygotski, théorie de l'objectivation, épistémologie, concept de temps, didactique des mathématiques.
