Abstract
Perencanaan Club House Citra Grand Senyiur City di Samarinda dirancang dengan penekanan pada aspek aksesibilitas sebagai upaya mewujudkan fasilitas publik yang inklusif dan ramah bagi seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Konsep aksesibilitas yang diterapkan tidak hanya mencakup kemudahan sirkulasi bagi penyandang disabilitas, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan konektivitas antar ruang dan integrasi dengan fasilitas pendukung lainnya di kawasan perumahan. Club House ini dirancang sebagai pusat aktivitas sosial dan rekreasi yang menghadirkan kenyamanan, efisiensi ruang, serta daya dukung lingkungan yang berkelanjutan. Penerapan prinsip arsitektur kontekstual menjadi pendekatan utama untuk memastikan desain menyatu dengan karakter kawasan Citra Grand Senyiur City.
