Abstract
El text recull les disposicions principals sobre els usos, els drets lingüístics i el règim jurídic de la llengua publicades al Diari Oficial de la Unió Europea (DOUE) de l’1 de gener al 30 de juny de 2025. L’ordre en què apareixen les disposicions esmentades és el que s’estableix cronològicament al DOUE i, pel que fa a la jurisprudència, correspon a la data en què les sentències del TJUE es pronuncien. La sigla EEE correspon a Espai Econòmic Europeu, l’àrea d’integració comercial que associa en un únic mercat interior la Unió Europea (UE) amb Noruega, Islàndia i Liechtenstein. Excepcionalment, s’informa sobre l’evolució de la petició per part d’Espanya de modificar el Reglament 1/1958, de 15 d’abril, pel qual es fixa el règim lingüístic de la Comunitat Econòmica Europea, tot i no haver derivat en dret secundari de la UE.
