Abstract
L’objectif de cet article est de présenter les résultats d’une étude portant sur le point de vue des préposées aux bénéficiaires sur le développement d’une initiative organisationnelle en centre d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée (CHSLD), celle des « micro-milieux adaptés ». Nous avons réalisé 28 entrevues semi-dirigées auprès de préposées, autour de deux thématiques : les conséquences organisationnelles d’un tel développement pour leur pratique, et leur perception d’avoir (ou non) développé une spécialisation dans le cadre des micro-milieux. Nos résultats mettent de l’avant la prédominance de problématiques organisationnelles classiques en CHSLD (manque de main-d’oeuvre, faible sentiment de reconnaissance, etc.) malgré une initiative qui promettait d’être participative et valorisante.
