Abstract

El presente ensayo vincula y tensiona las temáticas: profesionalización docente, enfoque de género y recursos pedagógicos, posibilitando una reflexión crítico-educativa frente a las mismas. Bajo una mirada inclusiva se pretende la interrelación de los temas señalados, dado que existe escasa evidencia teórico-empírica sobre estos. Mediante una revisión bibliográfica y normativa, se aborda la perspectiva de género como un tópico fundamental a la hora de formar profesionalmente a los docentes para que utilicen adecuadamente los recursos didácticos dentro de las aulas chilenas, en afán de una educación NO sexista. El sentido profundo de este relato es dar a conocer el estado actual de las temáticas en cuestión, además, de suministrar ideas fuerzas que lleven al actual sistema educativo chileno y a sus docentes, a reflexionar y tomar decisiones político-administrativas respecto a la incorporación del enfoque de género en los procesos de formación inicial y continua, en favor del aprendizaje y desarrollo integral del estudiantado en los diferentes niveles de la educación formal.
