Abstract
The monograph Dominants and discourses of the Slovenian literary paradigm is devoted to the study of constant and variable parameters reflecting the specifics of literary development of Slovenia in diachronic and synchronic dimensions. The first part analyzes the artistic contribution to the national literature of F. Prešeren, S. Kosovel, E. Koсbek, authors whose work can be attributed to the universal axiological dominants, standards of the national literary canon. The second part examines three heuristic discursive vectors, which refl ect current trends relevant to such socio-cultural and ethical-psychological indicators of the state of Slovenian society in the last quarter of the twentieth ― fi rst decades of the twenty-fi rst century as dissent, multiculturalism and empathy. The work is aimed at promoting Slovenian literature in the space of Russian humanitarian science and culture, introduces new artistic and literary material into scientific circulation. It is addressed to both general philologists and Slavists, historians, sociologists, and cultural researchers; it can be used in scientific and pedagogical activities ― when teaching courses to students, masters, and postgraduates in the humanities.
