Multi-Radar Bio-Sensor Fusion for Real-Time, Distributed Sensing
Bibliographic record
Abstract
The inherent heterogeneity of human skin, driven by its complex composition and dynamic nature, leads to variations in blood glucose distribution across different body regions and within specific sites, posing challenges for developing accurate, non-invasive glucose monitoring systems. This paper presents a synchronized multi-radar bio-sensor system for real-time, distributed sensing, utilizing millimeter-wave radar modules enhanced by skin-matched metasurfaces to monitor physiological parameters across multiple skin sites. By simultaneously capturing data from three distinct locations and employing advanced signal processing algorithms for multi-radar synchronization, the system mitigates intrasubject and intersubject variability caused by differences in skin composition, blood flow, and environmental factors, enhancing spatial coverage, compensating for inconsistencies, and providing a more reliable assessment of biomedical conditions. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed fusion-based system outperforms radar-only solutions, achieving up to a 2.4 -times improvement in radar SNR when addressing blood glucose distribution inconsistencies with a 20% glucose concentration variation across different skin phantoms.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
