No presente artigo objetivamos analisar os direitos indígenas normatizados em constituições políticas de 11 estados brasileiros, que compõe a chamada Amazônia Legal, para compreender a sintonia que possuem ou não com o texto dos direitos indígenas presente na Constituição Federal de 1988, e no que avançam em relação à tal documento. Com base na pesquisa documental e no estudo do direito comparado, procuramos evidenciar um conteúdo pouco conhecido e utilizado no campo jurídico para aprofundar o entendimento dos desafios e das possibilidades de internalização da cidadania diferenciada no Estado brasileiro.
