Abstract
Cet article explore comment les données de santé générées par des technologies algorithmiques de télésuivi peuvent soutenir un processus d’autosoins chez les patient·e·s atteints de maladies chroniques. En mobilisant le modèle des data valences (Fiore-Silfvast et Neff, 2013 ; Fiore-Gartland et Neff, 2015), nous analysons les conditions dans lesquelles ces données acquièrent une valeur située, en fonction des attentes, des émotions et des usages concrets des patient·e·s. L’étude s’appuie sur deux projets de co-conception de dispositifs de télésuivi : eCARE-PD (maladie de Parkinson) et RealWorld4Clinic (insuffisance cardiaque). L’analyse met en évidence le fait que les dispositifs de télésuivi ne produisent pas une forme unique de surveillance, mais bien une pluralité de modes de « sur-veillance », selon les configurations techniques, relationnelles et organisationnelles dans lesquelles ils s’inscrivent. Cette sur-veillance ne relève pas d’un simple contrôle, mais s’inscrit dans une dynamique distribuée et dialogique, où patient·e·s, technologies et professionnel·le·s de santé co-construisent une vigilance partagée, porteuse d’encapacitation.
