Abstract
Les incubateurs d’entreprise ont connu une croissance significative dans le monde entier depuis les années 1980. Ils se sont avérés être un moyen efficace de fournir aux entrepreneurs les ressources nécessaires pour développer leurs projets et devenir autonomes. Cependant, la question de l’accompagnement entrepreneurial et de la mesure de la performance globale des incubateurs est devenue un sujet de préoccupation pour les chercheurs et les praticiens. Dans cette étude, nous proposons un outil de pilotage et d’appréciation de la performance globale des incubateurs en nous appuyant sur une approche combinatoire des modèles à orientation multidimensionnelle. Nous avons également analysé les pratiques des principaux incubateurs au Maroc pour identifier les dimensions et les indicateurs les plus pertinents pour le contexte spécifique du Maroc.
