Abstract

Vision Language Navigation (VLN) is a rising field of research spanning vision, language, and robotics, where agents follow language-guided navigation. With Large Language Models (LLMs) and their capability for richer semantic understanding and zero-shot abilities, VLN system research has made great progress. However, current VLN systems lack tools for visualizing the agent's decision-making process, limiting interpretability and debugging. We introduce VisLN, a system that integrates language instructions, visual input, LLM-based agents, and simulators into an interactive interface that reveals the agent's step-by-step observations, actions, and rationales during indoor navigation. VisLN enables users to interpret and debug the behavior of LLM-driven VLN agents.
