Abstract
L’objectiu d’aquest article es descriure els aspectes clau del sistema d’anivellament al Canada i respondre les preguntes proposades pel Departament d’Econo mia i Finances. L’article es divideix en tres parts. La primera es una introduccio general a les finances in tergovernamentals i, en particular, a l’anivellament al Canada per tal de contextualitzar les dues parts se guents, que fan referencia, respectivament, a l’anive llament de necessitats i a l’anivellament de capacitat fiscal, amb la qual cosa es responen les questions es pecifiques que se’ns van formular.
