Abstract
Sheila Kohler is the author of six novels, most recently Bluebird or the Invention of Happiness (Other Press, 2007), and three books of short stories including Stories from Another World (Ontario Review Press, 2003). Ms. Kohler's work will be included in the O'Henry Prize Stories for 2008. Her nonfiction has appeared in The New York Times, The Sunday Times, New Letters, The Antioch Review and elsewhere.
