Les Canadiens français, les chemins de fer et le développement industriel par Paul-Henri Hudon, président de la Société d'histoire de la seigneurie de Chambly (SHSC) Paul-Henri Hudon, enseignant retraiterait de la recherche historique depuis plusieurs années et a publié, en 1972, Rivière-Ouelle, 1672-1972.De plus, il est l'auteur de deux monographies concernant la famille Hudon dit Beaulieu, de centaines d'articles dans des périodiques dont L'Ancêtre, où il a remporté des prix à quatre reprises, dans L'Estuaire généalogique, Le Louperivois et d'autres.Il a collaboré avec quelques associations de famille en publiant des faits d'histoire, entre autres dans Le Bé, La famille Berrubey.Il est responsable depuis sept ans de la publication annuelle des Cahiers d'histoire à la Société d'histoire de la seigneurie de Chambly, dont il est président.Paul-Henri Hudon a été nommé en 2007 membre de la corporation Richelieu -Champlain 2009, qui voit à souligner le 400 e anniversaire du passage de Champlain en 1609 sur le Richelieu.Paul-Henri Hudon a obtenu le premier prix de la Fondation Percy W. Foy, production 2006, pour Le chemin de fer à Chambly en 1873.Le rêve d'un essor industriel, un essai historique de 114 pages.
