Abstract
Este trabajo de grado muestra la generacion de valor y los efectos positivos y negativos derivados de la fusion de empresas. Profundiza en el caso de las empresas Gran Colombia Gold Corp. (dedicada a la explotacion y desarrollo de oro en Colombia, con sede en Canada) y, Medoro Resources Ltd. (exploracion, desarrollo y mineria de oro y plata, en Colombia) y los posteriores resultados obtenidos de la empresa post-fusion.
