Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The article describes the recent economic boom in Alberta, Canada, that has resulted from the recent opening of oil acquisition in Athabasca The increase in activity has lead to the construction of new roads locally in the city of Fort MacMurray and province-wide in Calgary and the capital city of Edmonton. New techniques and increasing demand has allowed for the extraction of the oil, which is difficult due to its entrapment in sand. Although the royalties before capital investment has been regained are limited to 1 percent (although this number jumps to 25 percent upon such economic recovery), the province has still been able to recover from debts, build new roadways, and invest C$1.1 billion (US$930 million) in 2006.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
