Abstract
Die Rechtssachen Viking, Laval und Rüffert haben den EuGH vor außergewöhnliche Herausforderungen gestellt und eine Debatte über das Gleichgewicht zwischen wirtschaftlichen Grundfreiheiten und sozialen Grundrechten ausgelöst, die noch lang andauern wird. Ziel des vorliegenden Werkes ist, einen zukunftsweisenden Beitrag zu dieser Debatte zu leisten.
