Abstract
Protocol, signed by all the states of the world, regulates the production, use and trafficking of more than 100 chemicals suspected of ozone depletion. Most of them are taken out of use. such a way solutions in the field of climatology are significant environmental, economic, political and legal factors, and as such should also be investigated. These effects of Protocol implementation (environmental, economic, political and legal) are the subjects of my research. I have made it on the basis of the analysis of a wide range of contemporary economic, environmental (medical) and legal sources from the scientific, information and news databases, using the methods of the systemic, geo-environmental, legal, discourse and content analysis. I have shown that instead of chlorofluorocarbons that are safe for humans and nature, tested and reliable, their ‘ozone-safe’ substitutes which are toxic, explosive and flammable substances, involved in the production and practical everyday use. At the same time the format of the Protocol totally ignores the real geophysical and geochemical causes of ozone layer active destruction. Based on my research, I conclude not only about dangers of 'anti-Freon' consensus for the health of people around the world, and about economic and legal damage for states and about significant detriment to the scientific knowledge development. false solution slows down researches in ozone depletion and technical progress in the chemical industry. This false solution leads to an increase in smuggling and shady business, the deterioration of the social climate; and, in whole, it increases inequality and insecurity in the world... Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
