Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A commuter rail service is being considered south of the Fraser River, British Columbia, Canada, where the communities of Langley, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Sumas and Chilliwack have been lobbying to reintroduce the old BC Electric Railway Lower Fraser Valley Interurban. A population of 1.5m in the valleys is projected by 2031. The route is intact and operating for freight with freight rights held by Southern Railway of BC along the entire route. Conversion of the route to light rail was estimated for a 98-km route with different ownerships of various sections. The initial phase proposes upgrading of the SRY/BC Hydro railway between Chilliwack and Scott Road Surrey, to a 50-60mph interurban / community rail corridor, with diesel or LPG /diesel electric tram trains, light rail vehicles or multiple units, offering a 20-minute service at peak hours and a 30 minute service off peak. The requirements to achieve this are listed. Future plans are outlined.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
