Abstract
À l'aide d'une étude de cas, nous examinons le travail de construction et de reformulation des programmes de formation professionnelle comme pratique d'institutionnalisation de savoirs en contexte organisationnel. Notre analyse s'appuie sur les catégories de la sociologie de la traduction. Elle souligne la diversité des enjeux et des retombées d'une réforme qui dépasse largement la formalisation des contenus de formation. En effet, les cadres institutionnels qui guident la formalisation des savoirs et qui balisent le processus de réforme font eux-mêmes l'objet de négociations. Nous indiquons aussi en quoi cet ajustement aux formes institutionnelles a un effet direct sur la constitution des spécialités techniques et sur l'identité professionnelle des techniciens formés.
