Abstract
À la jonction de l’esthétique et de la psychanalyse, l’auteur tente d’illustrer comment l’image peut contribuer au développement d’une pensée articulée qui prend acte de l’épaisseur charnelle qui la constitue. Elle montre comment elle est conduite à postuler l’existence d’un Inconscient tactile . Au cœur de l’efficacité de l’image, psychique ou artistique, il serait comme le socle à partir duquel l’homme peut s’orienter dans son environnement physique et social. Cette zone de contact qu’est l’inconscient tactile apparaît comme le foyer de certaines exigences créatrices. La matière plastique de l’image serait apte à ranimer la trace concrète et matérielle de la tactilité logée au creux de l’inconscient, l’expérience de l’art visuel y trouvant sa résonance.
