本研究では還元型コエンザイム Q10 (QH) 水分散性粉末の吸収性を明らかにした.QH をサフラワー油に溶解したソフトカプセルと,QH 40%水分散型粉末をそれぞれ健康な若者 5 名に空腹時に単回経口投与(QH として 100 mg)し,QH の血漿中濃度変化の推移を確認した.QH 水分散型粉末は空腹時に摂取した場合でもすぐれた吸収性を示した.
