Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Bunting was fabricated from reclaimed umbrellas harvested in Birmingham and Glasgow over a 12 month period. The bunting was Initially exhibited as part of the solo exhibition 'Thinking Hand, Scratching Head' at Grand Union in Birmingham. (31 July to 29 August 2010) The work was then made into an edition of 25 and bought by The New Art Gallery Walsall, for its permanent collection. The bunting was also selected for the exhibition ‘Harsh Lines and Spongey Surfaces’ as part of Hackney Wicked Festival in 2010, and was later displayed at the 'Wasteland Twinning' Network Forum (21-23 September 2012) at ZK/U – Zentrum fur Kunst und Urbanistik, Berlin - an exploration of urban wastelands and networked transdisciplinary practice. Most recently the bunting was used at Downtown Block Party, Albuquerque, New Mexico. (2012)

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
