Abstract
This paper will present the Canadian Transportation Agency's findings resulting from its administration of mandatory regulations and voluntary codes of practice as two instruments for the removal of undue obstacles to the mobility of persons with disabilities from Canada's federal transportation network. Canada's presenter, who heads the program, will facilitate an exchange of knowledge, experiences and strategies in the planning, operation and financing of accessible transportation standards, infrastructures, technologies and services.
