Abstract
Cross border rail traffic between the United States and Mexico is growing at double digit rates as Canada, the U.S., and Mexico integrate their economies under the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). The article looks at the economic advantages this traffic is providing on both sides of the border.
