Abstract
Este trabalho analisa o processo de inovação de uma empresa do setor de distribuição de energia elétrica, contextualizando-o no mercado brasileiro. Para tal, foram realizadas análises qualitativas e quantitativas sobre a carteira de P e D da empresa. Em adição, as trajetórias de desenvolvimento de quatro protótipos foram investigadas com o objetivo de identificar pontos críticos para que os resultados destes projetos de P e D cheguem ao mercado e gerem novos negócios para os atores envolvidos no processo. O objetivo da pesquisa foi o desenvolvimento de uma medologia que otimizasse a agenda de P e D e a gestão da inovação nesta empresa. lt;/span>
