Abstract
L'élargissement de la théologie vers les sciences religieuses implique un réajustement des collections des bibliothèques en sciences humaines. La Direction des bibliothèques de l'Université de Montréal a compris la nécessité de ce virage en participant, de concert avec la Faculté de théologie et les secteurs d'études classiques et études médiévales, à l'acquisition des ressources documentaires nécessaires au maintien de collections déjà bien garnies. De l'imprimé aux documents électroniques, rien n'a été négligé pour assurer la survie de ces collections et contribuer ainsi à l'enrichissement des sciences humaines et sociales. L'article expose les différentes stratégies mises en place pour y parvenir depuis 1990 et illustre le projet d'exemples concrets.
