Analysis of the legislation of hazardous goods transportation

Abstract
This work has the purpose of showing Brazilian regulation, and also from other countries, concerning the transportation of dangerous goods. The paper gives an approach on the movement, route, and infrastructure created to make the service works. First, the definition of dangerous goods is outlined. Next, this work presents the classification according to United Nations settings about the transportation of dangerous goods. Federal, State and Municipal Brazilian legislation were broached. Cases from England, the United States, and Canada appear in this work. At last, an analysis about the mentioned regulation was done and some improvements were proposed.
