Abstract
Selon la recherche, la dependance a la pornographie est devenue un enorme probleme dans le monde entier, notamment en raison de l'abondance et de la facilite d'acces aux sites pornographiques. De nombreux chercheurs dans le domaine soulevent la question des effets que la dependance a la pornographie a sur la societe en general, ainsi que sur le conjoint et la famille. Cet article definit le terme « pornographie », presente les differences dans la perception qu'en a les hommes et les femmes, et explique les effets neurophysiologiques de la dependance a la pornographie. L'article demontre ensuite la relation entre cette dependance et differents chefs de nullite, et conclut en suggerant quelques restrictions qui pourraient etre possiblement donnees tant a la personne dependante qu'a l'ex-conjoint.
