Cet article décrit les habitudes et comportements des employés des bibliothèques en terme de formation continue. Après avoir décrit la méthodologie utilisée pour réaliser l’étude, nous présentons un bref portrait des bibliothèques canadiennes francophones et des répondants à l’enquête. Nous présentons ensuite leurs stratégies et préférences en matière de formation continue et concluons en indiquant des pistes de recherche à poursuivre.
