Abstract
This project aims to understand which factors Canadians perceive as most important to their health, with a particular focus on brain health. Through a survey distributed to 600 participants via the Hosted in Canada platform, we will assess public perspectives on the key social and structural determinants shaping health outcomes. This study is part of a larger project that aims to develop a guidance framework for the appropriate integration of SSDH in Canadian studies of aging and dementia. By identifying the factors that Canadians view as most critical to their well-being and that of their communities, this study will provide valuable insights to guide our recommendations.
