Abstract
As a part of NUTR 230 FYRE, this project explores whether the Usask (University of Saskatchewan) community practice mindful eating habits. FYRE or First Year Research Experience embeds a research project or experience in a course, usually at the first year level. University students lead busy, diverse lifestyles affecting their eating habits by many different factors. Investigation through a series of survey questions allowed analysis of the usask community’s mindful eating habits.
