Abstract
Este artigo trata dos processos de subjetivação do sujeito neoliberal e da abordagem sobre um dos principais investimentos do capital humano, a educação formal e informal, mostrando a sua importância para os processos de subjetivação do cidadão empresa de si mesmo. Aqui nos servimos das reflexões de Dardot e Laval nesses aspectos relativos à educação no neoliberalismo contemporâneo. Apesar de Foucault não ter se aprofundado nesses aspectos, os dois pensadores, autores do livro A nova razão do mundo: ensaio sobre a sociedade neoliberal, aprofundaram diversas facetas contemporâneas do neoliberalismo relativas à educação a partir das análises foucaultianas presentes no Nascimento da biopolítica.
