Abstract
В статье представлены результаты применения механотерапии с биологической обратной связью (БОС) после пластики передней крестообразной связки (ПКС) коленного сустава (КС). Эффекты использования БОС-механотерапии после пластики ПКС отразились в увеличении обхвата бедра на 11%, улучшении результатов гониометрии: увеличении углов сгибания и разгибания КС на 35,1% и 6,6% соответственно, увеличении амплитуды движения КС на 40,7%, увеличении силы мышц КС при тестировании на механоаппарате «PrimusRS». Сила мышц-сгибателей и мышц-разгибателей улучшилась на 19% и 24% соответственно. По данным стабилометрии, на 122% увеличилась площадь зоны перемещения, отражая увеличение опороспособности нижних конечностей. По данным теста WOMAC (Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index), на 42,7% улучшилась субъективная оценка состояния КС. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют об эффективности проведения БОС-механотерапии, проводимой после пластики передней крестообразной связки коленного сустава.
