Abstract
Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie najważniejszych kwestii dotyczących reformy Statutu Trybunału Sprawiedliwości UE na podstawie rozporządzenia nr 2024/2019. Struktura artykułu obejmuje: genezę powstania Sądu; podstawę prawną działania Sądu oraz zakres działania Sądu po zmianie Statutu TSUE z 2024 r. na podstawie rozporządzenia nr 2024/2019. Autorka, stosując dogmatyczną metodę badawczą, dokonuje analizy poszczególnych przepisów rozporządzenia nr 2024/2019. W końcowej części opracowania Autorka dokonuje finalnej oceny reformy Trybunału Sprawiedliwości UE na podstawie rozporządzenia nr 2024/2019.
