2. Zatypota anomala (Holmgren, 1860) Polysphincta anomala Holmgren 1860: 34 [♀ (NHRS), Sweden]. Synonyms: Polysphincta dictynae Howard, 1888 (Townes & Townes 1960: 261). Polysphincta minuta Davis, 1898 (? Townes & Townes 1960: 261). Sinarachna minor Kolarov, 1982 (Zwakhals 2006: 35). Zatypota anomala meridionator Aubert, 1960 (Carlson 1979: 338). References. Howard 1888: 107 [Polysphincta dictynae (description); USA (Massachusetts); host]. Howard 1892: 291 [Polysphincta dictynae; host]. Davis 1898: 369 [Polysphincta minuta (description); USA (Michigan)]. Cushman 1920: 30 [Polysphincta (Zatypota) dictynae; description; USA (Arizona, Colorado); host], 45 [host]. Townes & Townes 1960: 261 [Sinarachna (comb.); lectotype ♀ (NHRS) designated; Sweden, Stockholm; Polysphincta dictynae (syn.), P. minuta (?syn.); description; Canada, USA, Mexico (Morelos); host]. Zwakhals 2006: 35 [Zatypota (comb.)]. Korenko et al. 2022 [Europe; host, biology]. Material examined. MEXICO. Tamaulipas: 1 ♀ (UAT) 17 km N of Palmillas, Ejido Magdaleno Aguilar, 23°26.995’N, 99°33.440’W, 1450 m, pine forest + juniper, Malaise trap, 26.iv–9.v.2012, coll. S. Mireles C. & E. Ruíz-Cancino. Distribution. Widespread Holarctic species; transcontinental in Palaearctic region, occurs from the Arctic to the subtropics in North America. Canada, USA (almost everywhere, including Alaska), Mexico (Tamaulipas, Morelos). Biology. Recorded as parasitoid of spiders of the family Dictynidae: Dictyna foliacea (Hentz) (= volupis Keyserling) in Massachusetts, USA (Howard 1888, 1892), Mallos pallidus (Banks) in California, USA (Vincent 1979), and several Dictyna Sundevall and Nigma Lehtinen species in Europe (Šedivý 1963; Korenko et al. 2022).

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
