Pengaruh Religiusitas Terhadap Quarter Life Crisis Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya

Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadap quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Salah satu fase yang krusial adalah masa dewasa awal, di mana individu memiliki kesempatan besar untuk menjelajahi diri sendiri namun juga dihadapkan pada tantangan yang lebih kompleks daripada sebelumnya. Individu yang sedang menjalani fase perkembangan pada dewasa awal dapat mengalami kesulitan dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan serta tidak mampu menghadapi berbagai masalah yang muncul, sehingga berpotensi mengalami berbagai gangguan psikologis. Mereka mungkin menghadapi krisis emosional yang ditandai oleh perasaan cemas, takut, kebingungan, dan ketidakberdayaan, krisis emosional ini dikenal sebagai quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi dan regresi linear untuk melihat hubungan dan pengaruh antara religiusitas dan quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini melibatkan 380 mahasiswa aktif di Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Data analisis menggunakan uji regresi dan teknik korelasi Spearman’s Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan quarter life crisis. Semakin tinggi tingkat religiusitas, maka semakin rendah quarter life crisis begitupun sebakiknya, semakin rendah tingkat religiusitas, maka semakin tinggi tingkat quarter life crisis. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa religiusitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap quarter life crisis sebesar 8%, adapun 92% yang lain dapat disebabkan oleh faktor lain seperti dream & hope, relationship, education challenge dan work life.
