Bibliographic record
Abstract
This research explores the leadership and management practices within the STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) Committee at the Canadian International School of Beijing (CISB). The study examines the roles of leadership styles, management strategies, interdisciplinary collaboration, and communication in successfully implementing STEAM initiatives. The analysis is based on qualitative data collected through focus group interviews and document analysis, highlighting the collaborative and supportive leadership style of the STEAM committee chair, effective management practices, and strategic communication strategies. The findings underscore the significant impact of STEAM initiatives on teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills among students. Recommendations for enhancing leadership and management practices, improving interdisciplinary collaboration, and addressing challenges are provided to sustain successful STEAM education at CISB. This research contributes valuable insights for educators and administrators seeking to develop or enhance STEAM programs, ultimately preparing students for the complexities and demands of the 21st century.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; both teacher heads agree on what is shown here.
