INDU: A Kapampangan Culture, Arts, and Tourism Complex
Bibliographic record
Abstract
Pampanga has a reputation for being well-known as the Culinary Capital of the Philippines, famous for its exquisite and mouthwatering dishes such as the “Sisig”, “Camaru”, “Betute” and many more. However, Pampanga is so much more than just a food capital; it is also home to a myriad of history, arts, music, dance, literature, religious celebrations, and cultural festivals, making it a worthy tourist destination for people to explore and experience. Unfortunately, despite this, Pampanga currently does not have a well-developed place/platform dedicated to honoring, preserving, and promoting the Kapampangan culture. This lack of a central facility for accommodating both the tourists and locals' needs for cultural immersion and participation, celebration, recreation, education, and commerce is the main problem that the proposed project wishes to address. “Indu: A Kapampangan Culture, Arts, and Tourism Complex” is a cultural complex that would serve as the cradle or formal central hub of Pampanga for social, cultural, and religious celebrations, preservation, and promotion, embodying the Kapampangan cultural identity as an architectural icon. This project aims to provide complete facilities that can accommodate the Kapampangans’ need for social and cultural activities, notably the Giant Lantern Festival. Moreover, the proposed project is beneficial to the province in boosting its tourism, allowing for cultural exchange, and in promoting a sense of community among the Kapampangan. INDU will become an iconic landmark for Pampanga, and can serve as a blueprint for other provinces who wishes to develop a cultural complex in dedication to honoring the past, celebrating the present and preserving the future of our cultural heritage.

Full frame machine prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one source (direct Gemma or distilled Codex), not a consensus.
