Abstract
This Gallup poll seeks the opinions of Canadians, on predominantly economic, political, and social issues. The questions ask opinions on the upcoming election, life in Canada, the economy, opinion of Brian Mulroney, and questions related to political party preference. There are also questions on other topics of interest such as the upcoming Academy Awards, Quebec separation, and the effects of government policy on the family. The respondents were also asked questions so that they could be grouped according to geographic, political and social variables. Topics of interest include: election; life in Canada; Brian Mulroney; Quebec separation; the economy; and political party preference. Basic demographic variables are also included.
