Abstract
This appendix consists of "Surrender Performa" instructions and forms "A" and "C" in German and English from the 1st Canadian Army to German commanders upon surrender and a sign by the miliary government of Germany (Supreme Commander's area of control) titled "Ordinance no. 1 Crimes and Offenses" that lists what would be considered crimes against the Allied Forces' miltary government.
