Abstract
Colloque international et interdisciplinaire organisé par la Chaire d'enseignement et de recherche interethniques et interculturels (CERII) de l'Université du Québec à Chicoutimi (UQAC), en collaboration avec le Centre interuniversitaire d'études sur les arts, lettres et traditions (CELAT). Les 22 et 23 mai 2012 à Chicoutimi(Québec, Canada). Ce colloque porte sur les objets et les questionnements de la consommation halal en contexte d'immigration et d'islam minoritaire. Il réunira des chercheurs du Canada et de l'étranger pour échanger, à partir de différentes perspectives disciplinaires, sur les objets, les acteurs, les discours, les défis et les enjeux de la consommation de produits halal (aliments,cosmétiques, finance, boissons, immobilier, etc.) dans les sociétés occidentales.
