Ce colloque a pour objectif d’approfondir une réflexion critique sur la dimension proprement juridique des conflits sociaux, en prenant pour terrain d’enquête la société québécoise d’hier et d’aujourd’hui. Outre la répression judiciaire des formes diverses de contestation sociale, qui est évidemment un phénomène incontournable, nous aimerions aussi aborder la façon dont le juridique traverse l’ensemble de l’activité militante, de la formation initiale des groupes d’affinités à la formulation des revendications politiques, en passant par l’organisation des collectifs et la définition des enjeux sociaux qui feront l’objet du conflit.
