Ce rapport présente le travail accompli dans le cadre d'un projet de fin d'études en vue d'obtenir le diplôme national d'ingénieur en mécatronique de l'École Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Carthage. Ce projet a été réalisé à l'Université du Québec à Rimouski avec le soutien financier de Mitacs. Le projet, intitulé "Conception et réalisation d'un système embarqué intégrant la technologie Ido (Internet des Objets) pour le suivi des signaux vitaux des patients", a pour objectif la création et la mise en place d'un système embarqué capable d'acquérir des données physiologiques, de les transmettre vers une plateforme Ido pour une supervision en temps réel. Cette réalisation englobe plusieurs phases, notamment la conception électronique, la programmation embarquée, le développement côté serveur et client pour une application web, ainsi que l'intégration de toutes ces composantes pour obtenir un système fonctionnel.
