Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Two new dibenz[<i>b</i>,<i>f</i>]oxepins, empetroxepins A and B (<b>1</b> and <b>2</b>), and seven known compounds (<b>3</b>–<b>9</b>) were isolated from an extract of the Canadian medicinal\nplant <i>Empetrum nigrum</i> that significantly inhibited\nthe growth of <i>Mycobacterium tuberculosis</i> H37Ra. The\nstructures of <b>1</b> and <b>2</b> were established through\nanalysis of NMR and MS data. The antimycobacterial activity of the\nplant extract was attributed primarily to the presence of two chalcone\nderivatives (<b>6</b> and <b>7</b>) that exhibited selective\nantimycobacterial activity (IC50 values of 23.8 and 32.8\nμM, respectively) in comparison to mammalian (HEK 293) cells\n(IC50 values of 109 and 249 μM, respectively).

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
